The weekend is finally here. Ahead of us are two days of relaxation and bliss – snowshoeing through the woods on a fresh blanket of snow, ice skating on a frozen lake, jumping and twirling in the air, sitting on a hill, enjoying spoonfuls of hearty chicken soup while surveying the snowy landscape below. It’s a weekend best spent outdoors and with the very best of friends. But once you come in from the cold, your fingers and toes tingling as they warm up, start a fire and invite your friends to stay for a drink or two.
