There’s nothing worse than buying an expensive jar of spices and only using it once. Especially when you’re living on a budget. After one use, the jar spends months in the back of your spice cabinet, collecting dust, until you decide to make that particular recipe again. Talk about a waste of space and money.
Because I’ve found myself in a similar situation, I’m really excited about these new Recipe Inspirations packets from McCormick. Each packet contains six pre-measured, spices and herbs along with a handy recipe card so you can whip up an easy, delicious meal in minutes – without spending money on expensive spice jars. With so many spice combinations, your family will love recipes like Garlic Lime Chicken Fajitas, Tuscan Chicken Stew, and Asian Sesame Salmon.
These packets are also perfect for camping trips. Instead of lugging your favorite spice jars to the camp, just grab a couple of these space saving containers! You don’t necessarily have to cook the recipe on the designated packet. Instead you can use them to create some of your other camp favorite recipes.
What do you think? Have you tried the new McCormick Recipe Inspirations?

I’ve tried some of these and they are wonderful!
I found a new yesterday very similar call “Culinary Tonight” by Adams. I tried the Balsamic Glazed Pork Cops with Herbs de Provence Roasted Potatoes and we loved it. Only $1.69 for the kit all I had to buy was the chops and the potatoes. The entire dinner cost less than $10.00 and feed all four of us.
