Deviled Eggs

Deviled eggs. They’re everywhere! With Easter quickly approaching, food sites and bloggers alike are sharing different recipes for this classic hors d’oeuvres. Some are very nouveau with crab or lobster mixed into the filling. Others take a more Southwest approach by using a spicy mustard and chili powder for some added kick.

Personally, I like my deviled eggs more traditional. Just a simple blend of mayonnaise, mustard, and a sprinkling of seasoned salt.  Occasionally I’ll garnish those perfect orbs with a sprig of greenery, but I’m pretty much a deviled egg purist.

If you love deviled eggs, here are a few fun recipes to try this spring.
