Spring is in the air. Can you feel it? The temperatures are slowly starting to warm up, the snow is melting, and tiny green shoots are popping up out of the ground. It’s time to brush off Old Man Winter and say, “Hello, Spring!”
So, my friends, what does Spring mean to you? For me it’s the return of the Farmer’s Markets with tender leafy greens, hearty rhubarb, and delicate asparagus. It’s when I break out my pasta maker and begin to experiment with lighter sauces and different vegetable combination. Lemons become a centerpiece not only in baking, but in bowls on my dining room table. It’s all be fresh, clean, and simple.
