I have issues with combining potatoes with either chicken or cabbage … there’s just something – wrong about the taste outcome for me. So I’d DEFINITYELY go with the baked potato soup (recipe sounds AWESOME!) over the Colcannon Potatoes.
I have made many different bread puddings, and I would have to pass on this one … Apples are for pastries and such, and in my tastes, bread pudding shouldnt have chunks … The Rice pudding recipe looks like the one my Polish/Syrian Aunt used to make when I was a kid. Sooo creamy!

I pick the Colcannon Potatoes and the Apple-Raisin Bread Pudding.

I’d pick the Colcannon potatoes and the rice pudding! I’m making Colcannon potatoes on the 17th, so excited!
