Bananas Foster

Bananas Foster – a decadent dessert made with sweet bananas, creamy vanilla ice cream, and an out-of-this-world rum sauce.

This Louisiana favorite originated at Brennan’s in honor of the New Orleans Crime Commission chairman. A popular favorite during Mardi Gras, there’s no reason why you can’t enjoy this Southern classic, without all the guilt.

Here’s a delicious recipe for Bananas Foster that has rich flavor, but without the added calories and fat.
