Holiday Baking

Imagine waking up to the comforting smell of cinnamon rolls, wrapping a warm loaf of bread in a brightly colored ribbon, and gently drizzling a sweet glaze over plump muffins – yep, it’s time for holiday baking.

Each year my parent’s house in St. Louis is filled with the deep aroma of freshly baked bread, spicy cinnamon rolls, and sky-high muffins. For weeks my Mom kneads, mixes, and rolls some incredible baked goods. Then, she divides them up, tucks them into brightly colored towels and places them in baskets for our neighbors and friends. Or course, my sisters and I make sure she keeps a few goodies on hand for our family.

With the holiday season in full swing, I thought I’d share a few decadent treats that will warm up your family and friends.
