Thanksgiving Leftovers

Well, we’ve done it. We’ve came, we cooked, we conquered. Yesterday we stuffed ourselves silly with delicious turkey, creamy potatoes, flavorful stuffing, and decadent pies. Then we napped.

Now we have leftovers. Lots and lots of leftovers. So, what do we do with all of the Tupperware full of turkey scraps, stuffing, and cranberry sauce? We transform them into some of favorite leftover recipes.

First there’s the Southwestern Turkey Soup. Loaded with turkey, beans, corn and tomatoes, it’s the perfect medicine for your post Thanksgiving recovery.

Then, my sister’s favorite: Tastes Like Thanksgiving Casserole. It’s hearty, it’s rich, and it is going to put you in another food coma. But I promise you; it’s so worth it.

And finally, Next Day Turkey Primavera. This recipe doesn’t feel like a repeat. The pasta and creamy sauce makes this recipe so easy to make.
