I can’t believe there is one full week left before Thanksgiving. Where did all of the time go?
Over the weekend I was talking to my Mom on the phone about our own upcoming feast, and we we became fixated on what type of potatoes to serve. We initially said we should serve mashed but then ended up salivating over other outstanding potato recipes. When we hung up, we still had about 4 recipes that were being considered for Turkey Day. Knowing my mother, we might end up serving them all!
