It’s Halloween weekend and I’m already starting to wonder what I’m going to do with all of the candy that is sitting it cute Halloweeny bowls around my apartment. I could commit Halloween blasphemy and pitch it. But who really wants to throw away Snicker bars?

You know what I could do? I could make these delicious cookies that call for leftover Hershey bars! They’re like mini oatmeal cookies topped with a chocolate square.

Or, I could use up those apples I picked at the apple orchard and some leftover Snicker bars to make this Candy Bar Apple Salad. It’s creamy and sweet with a crisp apple crunch – a real people-pleaser.

I should probably do something with all of those Butterfinger bars. Oo, how about this Candy Bar Meringue Torte? It’s simple to make and a wonderful finish to any meal.
Whew! It’s good to know I have some options for leftover Halloween candy. I don’t think I could bear throwing out all of that sugary goodness.

I saw once on Rachel Ray show they mads a pie out of left over candy bars. Just put in a pre-made crust & bake it (I didnt see how long to cook it or what the temp was. ) sounded good…thanks
