Fluffy Apple Dip

Right now, Taste of Home is all about apples. People are munching on apples in their offices, we’re hosting Apple Orchard Events, the Test Kitchen is cooking with apples, and I’m reading about apples on the blogs. Yep, one could say it’s apple mania.

Last night I bought my first batch of “in-season” apples. Big, juicy Honeycrisps. I’m excited because these are the kinds of apples that you can just slice and dip into some creamy peanut butter or sweet caramel. It’s a nice little teaser for fall before I go apple picking, and really stock up on those tart baking and cooking apples.

While I was working on a project for work, I stumbled across this Fluffy Apple Dip recipe. Oh goodness, I’m going to have to try this. A delicious blend of cream cheese, peanut butter, marshmallow crème and pumpkin pie spice – I’m almost certain it’s fall in dip form.
